Returns Policy

Returns may be made for any reason within 7 days of delivery and will receive a refund, minus the shipping and handling costs paid to deliver the initial order. Gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.

All product returned must be unused and in its original packaging. All returns must receive prior authorization by Jewel Within customer service by emailing customerservice@jewelwithin.com or by sending us a message through our CONTACT US page on this website. Prior to making any return, you will require an RA (return authorization) number which will be provided by customer service. You will also receive instructions on how to make your return.

For returns due to quality or defective product, please contact customer service through the CONTACT US link on our website and we will advise you on how to proceed.

When contacting us, please indicate your original order ID# and the reason for the return. Please retain the original packaging.

Packages returned without a return authorization number or approval will be rejected by our returns processing center. Packages returned as deemed undeliverable or refused at delivery will receive a refund minus shipping costs.

Refunds may take up to 14 days to process once the product has been received by our returns processing center.
