Each order is custom made by hand and includes your choice of jewelry. We don’t mass produce our products which means your choice of product hasn’t been sitting on a shelf but rather is freshly made with love for you!
How long does it take for my order to be made?
We make each order custom by hand and therefore we advise that it will take up to 9 business days for us to make your order and prepare for shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Please note that all orders place during Boxing week will be shipped after New Years.
You will receive a shipping email with a tracking number so that you can see updates on your exciting package coming! Depending on your location, the delivery time can take anywhere from 3 to 10 days from the date ordered.

Canada – $8.95 Flat Rate Shipping and FREE shipping over with any purchase over $60 before taxes. Excluded Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.
USA – $8.95 Flat Rate Shipping and Free shipping over with any purchase over $60 before taxes. Excluded Alaska and Hawaii.

How do I qualifying for Free Shipping on my order?
Orders over $60 before taxes qualify for free shipping to most locations within Canada or the United States. This promotion excludes Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut, Alaska, and Hawaii. Enter your full address at checkout and view your shipping cost to ensure that you qualify.
Are your wicks lead free?
Yes, the candlewicks are indeed cotton braided without any lead in them—as part of Jewel Within’s high standards of delivering natural and wholesome products.
Why does your website say that your candle is 9oz / 250 g but when I received my candle, it says 7oz on the label?
The website is correct. To explain, there was a typographic error in our initial launch. This will candle wicks in the next printing.
Do all the bath bombs colour the bath water?
No not all. The vanilla jasmine bath bomb is one example that doesn’t. However, the bath water color reflects the composition of the other bath bombs such as the Berrylicious and Pure Lavender.
My vanilla bath bomb has darkened. Is it ok to use?
‘Natural’ vanilla—naturally—darkens as it matures. Be assured, your bath bomb is perfectly safe to use. Enjoy and send us your opinion!
My bath bomb has a small crack will it still work?
Since we place jewelry in the centre of one of the bath bombs or due to the package being handled by shipping a small crack can appear. Your bath bomb will still have the same hydrating, fizzy and bubble effects!
What is the jewelry made of?
All of our rings are 925 Silver. Some rings may lead-free with rose-gold, yellow gold or white gold. For our earrings, bracelets and necklaces the base metal is mainly 925 Silver with some having a base metal of copper or brass. The pieces are then plated with either rose-gold, yellow gold plated or 925 Silver.
